A little about me...

Hi, I'm Jey — selfie videos are not my forte.

But showing up authentically is. That's what therapy is really about: a real human connection.

​

I grew up across three continents, became a single mother, and went back to school to follow a childhood dream.  I know what it's like to lose a past self, to grieve it, and to rebuild.

I bring that with me into every session.

My work is grounded in authenticity, compassion & relational therapy — with a continuous commitment to expanding my knowledge.

Brief Consulation

I offer every new client

a free 30 minutes

intro session.

We'll connect, and

I'll answer your questions. 

If it feels right,  we'll schedule your first session.

03.

First Session

We’ll clarify what is keeping you

or your relationship stuck and

create a plan to help you move forward.

 

Regular sessions are 60 minutes.
