Online Therapy Services

Sliding Scale & Accessibility
I believe therapy should remain accessible to those who need it. A sliding scale is available for individuals with limited income, and I occasionally offer a few pro bono spots when possible.
If you're interested in working together but concerned about the fee, we can discuss options to find an arrangement that feels respectful and sustainable for both of us.

How I Work
During Therapy Sessions
My work is grounded in a person-centered, humanistic, and experiential approach, with a strong focus on the here and now. While experiences from the past may naturally arise and are welcomed, what matters most is how they are lived and felt in the present — in emotions, bodily sensations, language, and in the relational space between us.
I offer a welcoming, respectful therapeutic environment shaped by attentive, whole-hearted listening. Emotions are met as they emerge, named when helpful, and accompanied with care — including what feels uncertain, difficult, or unclear. My role is not to direct or interpret, but to be present with you in your lived experience.
The therapeutic relationship itself is central. Sessions unfold through presence, relational depth, and authenticity, creating a space where nothing needs to be performed, fixed, or achieved. At times, I may share gentle observations — such as noticing emotional shifts or recurring relational themes — always in service of awareness and clarity.
Sessions are adapted to each individual and moment. There is no single method applied to everyone; the process unfolds according to personality, emotional accessibility, and the life situation being navigated.
Rather than following protocols or offering advice, attention is given to thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and internal signals as they arise. This supports emotional awareness, self-connection, and a clearer, more respectful relationship with oneself and with others.
