About

Jey Kirouac

I’m Jey Kirouac, a relational therapist offering a humanistic, experiential space for people going through a difficult period in life and needing a place to be heard and met.

My work is grounded in presence, emotional awareness, and the quality of the therapeutic relationship. Rather than focusing on diagnosis or fixing, sessions attend to lived experience in the moment and to the meaning that emerges through relational contact.

I hold a degree in psychology and completed a three-year humanistic and experiential training (approximately 1,250 hours) at the Centre de Relation d’Aide de Montréal (CRAM), grounded in the Non-Directive Creative Approach and inspired by Carl Rogers. I continue to engage in ongoing learning through courses and supervision, informed by approaches such as IFS, existential therapy, CBT, and psychoanalysis.

This space is offered online and is open to people navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, cultural displacement, or waiting periods while seeking other professional services.
