Relational Lab: A Monthly Experiment in Authentic Connection
The Relational Lab is an ongoing monthly online group inspired by Authentic Relating and experiential, person-centered approaches.
It is a small and welcoming space where we explore what becomes possible when we are a little more honest, more present, and more compassionate with ourselves and with others.
Together, we practice relational and emotional skills in real time through experiential exercises, role-playing, creative expression, and genuine human connection. Topics may include:
• Expressing boundaries
• Making requests
