When life feels fast, overwhelming, or emotionally heavy, mindfulness offers a calm place to land.  This service provides a gentle and supportive space where you can step out of mental noise and reconnect with yourself — with your breath, your body, and your inner rhythms.

 

What We Explore Together

We stay close to your present-moment experience, noticing what arises inside you with curiosity and care.
 

Rooted in presence-based work and influenced by mindfulness teachings, our sessions invite:

  • awareness of your emotions and sensations

  • space to feel without judgment

  • grounding through breath and body connection

  • gentle slowing down to meet yourself more fully

 

This approach supports emotional regulation, inner stability, and a deeper connection to what is true for you right now.

Mindfulness-based therapy is helpful if you:

How Sessions Work

Sessions take place online through Zoom (always on the same private link).
Individual sessions are $120 for 60 minutes.
