Creative Expression Therapy 

Some emotions are hard to put into words.  Some things are difficult to say out loud.  Creative expression offers a different doorway — a space where images, symbols, sounds, gestures, or words can reveal what your inner world is trying to communicate.

This approach is not about artistic or musical skill.  It’s about expression, meaning, and emotional truth.

What We Explore Together

Rooted in presence and emotional awareness, creative expression allows us to explore what feels alive inside you using tools that go beyond conversation.

 

Together, we may use:

​​

  • simple writing prompts

  • art projections

  • music or sound exploration

  • guided imagery or visualization

  • role-play or expressive movement

  • sensory or symbolic exploration

  • the empty chair

  • authentic relating dialogue

These practices help you meet emotions gently from new angles — especially when you feel blocked, stuck, or unsure how to express what you’re going through.

How Sessions Work

Sessions are held online through Zoom, always using the same private link.

Individual sessions are $120 for 60 minutes.
