Mindfulness and self-awareness practices integrated into online therapy

“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do.”

The heart of my practice

I am a humanistic psychotherapist offering a compassionate space where you can explore your inner world, deepen self-awareness, and move toward your full potential — all within a supportive and accepting environment.  My approach is rooted in relational, experiential, and person-centered therapy, grounded in presence, respect, and genuine connection.

I hold a degree in Psychology from Concordia University and completed three years of advanced training at CRAM (Centre de Relation d’Aide de Montréal), specializing in humanistic therapy. I am also very familiar with neurodivergence and the diverse ways minds can perceive, process, and relate to the world. I accompany you with a kind gaze, a welcoming presence, and deep respect for your unique way of being — your emotions, perceptions, personality, values, and inner landscape.

Together, we create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental online therapy space where you can gently explore what is alive in you, at your own pace. I offer online therapy in English and French for adults and couples navigating addiction recovery, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and the search for deeper self-understanding. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients, expats, bilingual families, and those whose experiences may not fit societal norms.

When helpful, we may integrate creative therapeutic tools such as art, visualization, authentic relational exercises, and other experiential methods to enrich the process. My role is to walk alongside you — not to direct, but to be with you and observe — as you reconnect with yourself and discover new ways of relating to the world around you.

My story

My path to becoming a psychotherapist has been anything but linear — and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I grew up moving between Australia, South Africa, and Canada, experiences that shaped my understanding of identity, belonging, and the emotional impact of change. Over the years, I’ve faced my own challenges — including eating disorders, addiction, the depths of depression, existential crisis, and chronic pain. These experiences have taught me about the complexity of being human, deepened my empathy, and strengthened my belief in the possibility of change — even when life feels overwhelming or unclear.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent over a decade working as an early childhood educator, then taught English as a Second Language after moving to Mexico. I’m also a single mother — a role that continually calls for both tenderness and resilience.

A few years ago, living with chronic illness led me to return to school to pursue my true calling. My training included three years at CRAM, where I specialized in humanistic and person-centered therapy — an approach that honors each person’s unique inner wisdom and capacity for growth. Along the way, I’ve found steady ground in mindfulness, meditation, and the healing power of authentic, supportive relationships.

Today, I bring both my professional training and lived experience — the struggles, the turning points, and a deep commitment to walking alongside others as they explore their own inner world.
